Grain + Pigment: Offering new versatility and color for Luxury Vinyl Tile

Grain + Pigment is a new, versatile offering of luxury vinyl tile featuring updated wood grain textures and subtly striated near-solids in a 7” x 48” plank format product. Natural wood tones, metallic sheen and colors ranging from warm to cool to bright give unlimited possibilities.

“Grain + Pigment provide an opportunity to inject luxe energy into a space,” said Shaw Contract Group Creative Director Reesie Duncan. “The versatile palette can be mixed to create nuanced transitions with a subtle textural shift or bold contrasts of color.”
Suitable for all market segments, the collection features two styles:

  • Grain: a wood-inspired design, with textures ranging from smooth to wire-brushed in natural wood tones. Available in 22 colors, including four colors with a soft metallic sheen.
  • Pigment: a near-solid with a subtle texture available in 12 colors ranging from warm to cool.

Featuring Shaw In*Step tongue and groove system, Grain + Pigment installs quickly, reducing the time and costs associated with traditional glue down LVT. Made from 72% recycled content and FloorScore certified, the products are constructed with an innovative silencing layer that reduces noise transfer and anti-microbial protection. Suitable for heavy commercial traffic, Grain + Pigment is polish-optional and will tolerate 95% relative humidity. Products feature a 20 mil wear layer and Shaw ExoGuard Quartz-Enhanced Urethane finish to create a barrier against dirt, scuff and stains.
